On a flop of , the preflop raiser checked to Porter, who bet 5,000. The preflop raiser immediately folded, allowing Porter to drag the side pot and leaving him heads-up for the main pot. He opened pocket eights for a set of eights, which crushed the of the big blind. The board bricked out, and the main pot was pushed to Porter as well.
One player was eliminated in the last round of hand-for-hand play prompting the Tournament Director to utter that classic phrase, "Congratulations players...you're all in the money!" All those still seated are guaranteed at least $2,277.

Mike Gorodinsky, who had been one of the big stacks for the past couple hours, has been eliminated. Gorodinsky got it all in on a flop against Curt Householder. Gorodinsky had a made hand with but trailed the top two pair currently held by Householder's . Gorodinsky missed the turn and river and was eliminated. Householder is now a force with about 73,000.
Christian Iacobellis and Mike Michnik got it all in preflop. Iacobellis showed and was in the lead against Michnik's . The ladies held up on a jack-high flop. Iacobellis now has about 44,000 chips.
With the money bubble just four eliminations away, the action has slowed considerably. Play will go hand-for-hand when the field reaches 127 players. There are currently 130 players remaining, most of which are looking for a payday, even if that means barely coasting into the money.
