Avery Cardoza raised to 5,500 from late position and was called by Matt Matros.

The flop came A-9-x and both players checked.

The turn was another rag and both players checked.

After the river brought another 9, Cardoza bet 13,000, Matros raised to 35,000, and Cardoza went all in.

Matros quickly called, showing 10-9, but Cardoza turned over pocket aces for the full house and Matros was out.

Cardoza is up to 255,000.

. Marquez flopped an open-ended straight draw against MacPhee's middle pair on a board of {2-Hearts}

The field in this six-handed event continues to narrow at a rapid rate. Players seem nonplussed about getting their cards in the middle in a sixty-forty situation and seeing how the board runs out. There has not been much table chatter today; most of the players seem focused on trying to make a deep run and not letting anything else interfere with that.
