A Chip Leader Emerges

Casey Kuhn
Casey Kuhn
The board shows 117 players left in Event #1, putting the average stack at just above 22,000. One man has stormed to the chip lead over the past two levels, outchipping the rest of the field by more than 20,000. Casey Kuhn is a dealer at the Riverside Casino and Golf Resort in Iowa, making the trip out west to do some playing of his own. It's working out well so far, as he is sitting pretty on 92,000 chips. When we asked him how his day was going so far, Kuhn simply said, "I'm just trying to run good."

So far, so good, Mr. Kuhn.
