No Stress, Man

Johannes Strassmann may not be a very well-known player in the states but over in Europe he's known for his incredible consistency on the European Poker Tour, having finalled multiple events.

He's going well here, betting 1,875 on a {K-Spades} {4-Diamonds} {2-Hearts} {3-Hearts} board but finding himself being raised to 6,700. Strassmann made the call before the river {4-Spades} went check-check. Strassmann showed {K-Diamonds} {J-Spades} which was good enough as his opponent mucked.

Counts

"Not everything that counts can be counted, and not everything that can be counted counts."

Humberto Brenes -- 14,000
Howard Lederer -- 13,000
Jordan Morgan -- 18,000
David Singer -- 36,000
Men Nguyen -- 14,000
Tony Cousineau -- 9,500

Watt a Set Up

Taylor Caby has eliminated (I think, mainly because I don't know all these young North American whizkids) Mike 'SirWatts' Watson.

Caby raised to 1,100 preflop and Watson made it 3,500 in the big blind. Caby now reraised to 7,200 and Watson pushed, Caby instantly snapping.

Watson: {K-Clubs} {K-Spades}
Caby: {A-Hearts} {A-Clubs}

The board came a rather action killing {3-Diamonds} {A-Spades} {A-Diamonds} {8-Spades} {5-Clubs}

Back...

The long trail of cars coming back from In'N'Out Burger has got back to the Rio and we're ready to continue.

Dinner Time

Players are dashing off to grab whatever food they can and shove it down their throats in 90 minutes.

I know that feeling.

Layne Flack looks to be one of, if not the chip leader with 83,000.

Jarred Jared

Jared Hamby has been eliminated after reraising all-in with {A-?} {J-?} from the small blind against a button raise but found the big blind sitting behind him with {Q-?} {Q-?}

Deeb Leaves Erick with No (Lind)Gren

Erick Lindgren raises to 750 and Shaun Deeb makes it 2,450 from the small blind.

Lindgren makes the call, but they check the {Q-Diamonds} {J-Clubs} {K-Hearts} {K-Clubs} {6-Hearts} down to the river where Deeb bets 2,700. Lindgren makes the call but mucks when he sees the (perhaps unexpected) {J-Spades} {10-Diamonds}.

Shaun Deeb -- 48,000
Erick Lindgren -- 53,500

Mizzi Gets Busy

No, I don't know what those animals on his shirt are doing either.
No, I don't know what those animals on his shirt are doing either.
Sorrel Mizzi is back up to 12,000 after raising all-in from the cut-off with {6-Diamonds} {6-Spades} and successfully flipping it against the small blind's {A-Spades} {10-Clubs} on a {2-Spades} {3-Diamonds} {5-Diamonds} {J-Spades} {3-Clubs} board.
