Jeremy Harkin Eliminated in 19th Place ($7,689)

Jeremy Harkin - 19th Place
Jeremy Harkin - 19th Place
Jeremy Harkin was our first elimination of the day. With 10,000 of his 32,000 stack in the big blind, he raised all in against Robert Price.

Harkin showed ace-jack-9-7 all in hearts vs. Price's king-6-4-3. When the flop came king-jack-4, Smith took a commanding lead with two pair. A 6 on the turn and 10 on the river didn't help Harkin, who left in 19th spot and earned $7,689.

Seale Hunting

William Seale
William Seale
William Seale has been extremely active in the early goings. In one hand, on a board of {10-Hearts} {9-Diamonds} {6-Spades} {10-Clubs}, Ming "Joy" Reslock fired a bet and Seale called saying, "Man, I guess it's time to go home."

The river brought {6-Clubs} and Reslock bet again. Seale went into the tank and finally opted to toss his hand away. He was left with 40,000 chips on this hand while Reslock moved up to 200,000.

On the next hand, Seale was involved again. This time the board read {A-Spades} {Q-Clubs} {8-Spades} and Jordan Rich raised enough to make Seale committed and all in. Seale showed {A-Diamonds} {A-Clubs} {9-Spades} {6-Hearts} and Rich showed {A-Hearts} {J-Diamonds} {5-Hearts} {4-Clubs}. After the turn and river came the {3-Spades} followed by the {J-Diamonds}, the two players chopped up the pot.

A couple hands later, more action involved Seale. He limped in to start the action, Jordan Rich completed from the small blind, and then Senovio Ramirez III checked in the big blind.

The flop came down {Q-Clubs} {6-Diamonds} {5-Clubs} and action checked to Seale. He fired a bet that only Ramirez called. The turn brought the {3-Clubs} and both players checked. The river was checked again when the {4-Clubs} hit the felt.

Ramirez tabled {J-?} {10-?} {6-?} {5-?} to scoop the pot and cripple Seale down to 23,000 chips.

Thang Luu Comes Out Swinging

It didn't take long for a big pot to develop. Thang Luu and Henry Hull mixed it up early on a flop of {6-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{4-Clubs} when Luu bet and Hull called.

The {5-Diamonds} on the turn brought another bet and call, as did the the {K-Spades} on the river. When the hands were opened, Luu quartered Hull when he took the high with a pair of kings and chopped the low with ace-2.
