From the button, Eric Baldwin sat staring at the blinds for a long while before eventually slamming a big stack of green chips into the middle, enough to cover both players left to act. In the small blind, James Taylor immediately called all in for 227,000, and the big blind quickly ducked out.

"Of course he's doing great," said Andrew Youngblood, sitting to Mason's left. "He's tripled his stack in the last hour."

Mason has moved up to 780,000 during this level, after starting the day at 229,000. Youngblood is still around his Day 2 starting stack with 245,000.

Four players at Table 150 saw a flop of {9-Hearts}

. Young Phan was first to act out of the small blind, and he opened with a shove, moving all in for 187,000. Next to act was Roland de Wolfe, and he immediately began stacking chips into the middle of the table. The dealer was still counting Phan's stack, and de Wolfe added chips to the pot as needed to make the call. The other two opponents ducked out.

Phan turned over {10-Spades}

for top two, and he seemed to know that de Wolfe was going to show down {Q-Hearts}

for the open-ender with two overs.

The turn {4-Hearts}

was decent for Phan, but it did add another six outs for de Wolfe. The river was a blank though, the {5-Diamonds}

, and that's good enough to give Phan a double-up. He's climbed back up to 450,000.

Sawitzki Staves Off Elimination

Pete Sawitzki was all in before the flop for 168,000, and he found action from Praz Bansi. Sawitzki tabled {J-Hearts}

, racing for his tournament life against Bansi's {5-Hearts}

The flop was a pretty good miss for Sawitzki, coming {K-Clubs}

to give him a few outs to the gutshot straight to go with his overcards. The {5-Diamonds}

that turned was no fun though, leaving Sawitzki drawing only to that straight. You can imagine the reaction from the table as the {10-Hearts}

peeled off on the river, giving Sawitski that miracle come-from-behind straight to double up near 370,000.

Cada Pulls a Double

On the button, Martin Jacobson pushed out a raise to 43,000, and Joseph Cada moved all in for an additional 202,000 on top. Once Jacobson got the count, he made the call to put Cada to the test.
