Takes first pot

Ken Lennaard opened to 120,000 from the button before Jordan Smith bumped it to 425,000.

Lennaard called and then folded to the 550,000-chip bet from Smith on the {Q-Clubs}{A-Clubs}{5-Diamonds} flop.

As Smith raked in the pot to climb to around 6,000,000, Lennaard slipped to just over 4,000,000 in chips.

Laurence Grondin eliminated in 3rd place
In a limped pot Ken Lennaard checked the {8-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{3-Hearts} flop to see Laurence Grondin fire 80,000.

Lennaard check-raised to 500,000 and Grondin pushed all in and found a call from Lennaard.

Grondin: {Q-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}
Lennaard: {5-Spades}{3-Spades}

The turn landed the {10-Spades} and river the {k-Hearts} to see Grondin head to the rail in 3rd place to put the tournament into heads-up play.

Grondin Keeps Sliding

Laurence Grondin min-raised on the button before Jordan Smith made it 385,000 total.

Grondin eventually mucked to see her slip to just over 2,000,000.

Whether it was the break or a sense of tiredness, but Grondin has started this level in a complete mirror image from the last!

Grondin Slips

Ken Lennaard completed from the small blind before Laurence Grondin made it a further 120,000 to go.

Lennard then immediately pushed all in, and after nearly three minutes in the tank Grondin finally passed to push Lennaard to 2,500,000 as she slipped to 2,250,000 in chips.

Three Way Action

Jordan Smith made it 130,000 to go from the button and got called by both blinds.

Everyone checked the flop of {A-Spades}{7-Clubs}{2-Hearts} and Grondin bet 155,000 from the big blind at the {2-Spades} on the turn. She got two callers and everyone checked again when the {9-Spades} fell on the river.

Smith showed the {A-Clubs}, but it was no good as Lennaard turned over {K-Spades}{10-Spades} for the flush.

Smith remains chip leader with 5,200,000 while Lennaard and Grondin are nearly tied with 2,550,000 and 2,350,000 respectively.
