Shorr Eliminated, Firestone Doubles

Fired!
Fired!
With the action folding round to Shaun Deeb on the button, he opened with a raise to 2,500. Bobby Firestone then upped the action to 9,600 out of the small blind.

Multi-tabling Shannon Shorr pushed his last 5,500 into the pot from the big blind to put the action back on Deeb. Deeb then reraised all in to put Firestone to a decision for his tournament life.

After sitting in the tank for nearly three minutes, Firestone made the call and the cards were tabled.

Deeb: {K-Spades}{Q-Clubs}
Firestone: {9-Spades}{9-Diamonds}
Shorr: {A-Clubs}{6-Clubs}

The flop of {5-Spades}{4-Spades}{10-Clubs} kept Firestone in the lead, but when the {j-Diamonds} landed on the turn Deeb found a sweat to again eliminate two opponents.

However he faded his eleven possible outs and doubled Firestone up to over 80,000 as Deeb slipped to 65,000 while Shorr returned to his seat in the Event 38 - $2,000 Limit Hold'em tournament.
