We're a half hour into Level 3 now. There's been no official word on the number of entrants from the tournament staff, but late registration is closed. The tournament clock shows 2,717 entrants. We heard through the grapevine that a few people got shut out of this event, which leads us to guess it was capped at 272 tables (2,720 players).

Obviously there have been plenty of eliminations since the start of play. Yet oddly the space on the tournament clock which should show the number of players remaining in the tournament is blank.
