Who Is Barbara Enright?

The first woman of poker
The first woman of poker
Barbara Enright has had the respect from the poker community for years - and by all means she has earned it!

Enright is the only female to have made the Final Table of the WSOP Main Event when she finished in fifth place behind Dan Harrington in 1995.

She also holds three bracelets; two in women Seven-Card Stud tournaments and one in an open Pot Limit Holdem tournament in 1996.

With over $1,200,000 in prizemoney and twelve WSOP cashes, Enright deservedly was inducted into the Poker Hall of Fame in 2006 along with Phil Hellmuth.

Currently still in the tournament with a short-stack of 45,000, Enright will be looking to add bracelet number four to her impressive poker CV.
