Blind on blind, Mark Tenner raised and Derek Raymond called.

-- on which Tenner bet out. Raymond called. Tenner bet out again on the {3-Diamonds}

river and this time there was a pause. Tenner turned over {A-Diamonds}

and reached for the chips -- but then it was pointed out that perhaps he should let Raymond act first.

"Oh, I thought you already called," said Tenner.

After a brief pause, Raymond: "What did you say?"

He folded.
