Jon 'PearlJammer' Turner battled on valiantly with his short stack during the Stud-8 round. He chipped up by picking up half with just a pair of sixes for the high in a multi-way pot but eventually succumbed against Scott Clements.
Clements led the betting and Turner was all in by fifth street with the board as follows:
Clements: () ()
Turner: () ()
Turner makes two pair but Clements made a wheel and six-high straight to scoop the pot and eliminate Turner.
With bets and raises on every street, things got busy on fifth street when Nguyen bet, Monnette raised and Lunkin reraised. Both opponents called, and called again on sixth before Lunkin fired once more on the river. Nguyen raised and Monnette called. Lunkin took the high with a full house and Nguyen wheeled in the low. Monnette looked at his opponent's boards and mucked.
"Thanks a lot dealer!" Monnette said sarcastically as he headed to dinner with just 170,000 chips.
Matt Hawrilenko has taken a hit during a Razz hand after bricking on the river. The pot was inflated when we arrived at the table with Hawrilenko firing a bet on the river but Deeb made a big call.
Hawrilenko tabled () for a jack-low after catching three aces as Deeb revealed () for a ten-low to take it down.
Hawrilenko is down to 175,000 with Deeb up to 650,000.

The river was the and Clements check-called for a third time in the hand, but Bach showed him for aces and tens to take it down.
Clements slips to just 50,000 to be on the short stack and Bach cracks the one million chip barrier.
Frank Kassela completed on third street and Freddy Deeb called. Deeb took the lead on fourth street and check-called a bet from Kassela. Deeb bet out when he made an open pair of queens on fifth street, Kassela raised and Deeb called. Deeb led again on sixth street and Kassela called. Both players checked the river.

Gus Hansen made a button raise, Huck Seed called from the small blind and Erik Seidel called from the big blind. The flop came down . Seed checked to Seidel, who bet, Hansen raised, Seed called and Seidel called. Everyone checked the on the turn as well as the on the river.
"I have a button hand that has a chance," quipped Gus Hansen.
Seed, however, turned over for top pair and with no possible low, he scooped the pot.
