Perry Out-flushed

John Kabbaj
John Kabbaj
Omaha-8

On a flop of {3-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}{2-Spades} Ralph Perry led out with a bet from under the gun and John Kabbaj made the call on the button.

The turn brought the {9-Spades} and Perry fired before Kabbaj raised. Perry called and then fired at the {3-Spades} river. Kabbaj made the call.

Perry tabled {5-Spades}{6-Spades}{A-Hearts}{A-Diamonds} for aces that ended with a small flush, but Kabbaj showed {K-Spades}{Q-Spades}{Q-Hearts}{6-Hearts} for a bigger flush to scoop.

Perry - 255,000
Kabbaj - 350,000

Stud

Erick Lindgren {9-Clubs} {10-Hearts} {10-Diamonds} {6-Clubs} {9-Diamonds} {8-Diamonds} {9-Hearts}
Freddy Deeb {J-Spades} {J-Clubs} {J-Diamonds} {7-Hearts} {4-Hearts} {Q-Clubs} {4-Diamonds}

Erick Lindgren was all in on third street, his split tens up against Deeb's rolled-up jacks. Though both players rivered full houses, Deeb's was the higher of the two with jacks full of fours to Lindgren's nines full of tens, and E-Dog hit the rail.

Jon Turner ({J-Hearts})({7-Spades}){J-Clubs} {4-Diamonds} {10-Spades} {10-Hearts} ({J-Spades})
Frank Cremen ({2-Diamonds})({8-Diamonds}){J-Diamonds} {9-Diamonds} {6-Hearts} {Q-Diamonds} (?)

Jon Turner was all in on fifth street against Frank Cremen. When Cremen made his flush on sixth, Turner's only hope was to catch a jack or a ten on the river to make a full house. He hit the case jack to double up to 200,000 while Cremen was left with 165,000.

Lunkin and Guoga Cap, Then Chop

Stud-8

Guoga: (X-X) {4-Spades}{3-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}{8-Hearts} (X)
Lunkin: (X-X) {6-Clubs}{J-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{9-Clubs} (X)

After a raise and reraise on third, the action got intense on fourth street between Tony G and Vitaly Lunkin.

The action was capped on fourth as a big pot was developing. Lunkin fired on fifth, before Guoga led on sixth. On the river, Guoga fired again and Lunkin raised with Guoga making the call.

Guoga: {4-Spades}{3-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}{8-Hearts} ({4-?}{2-?}{5-?})
Lunkin: {6-Clubs}{J-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{9-Clubs} ({6-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{6-Spades})

Lunkin had rolled up sixes and rivered quads as Guoga also held a big hand but only collected half for his low.

Pocket Jacks, Baby

Hold'em

Tony G opened for a raise and Scotty Nguyen called. Nguyen check-raised Tony G's bet on the {9-Clubs} {8-Diamonds} {8-Hearts} flop and Tony G called. Nguyen bet the {10-Diamonds} on the turn, Tony G making the call and they did the same on the river, which fell the {4-Clubs}.

Rabtsov Doubles Twice

Hold'em

It's been a good round of Hold'em for Kirill Rabtsov as he's just doubled up twice to get himself back into contention.

In the first hand Rabtsov took {A-Spades}{5-Spades} to war against Hasan Habib's {A-Clubs}{K-Hearts} with all the chips in preflop. Despite domination, Rabtsov made a straight when the board ran out {7-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}{A-Diamonds}.

A few moments later Rabtsov was all in again, but this time on the turn on the board of {A-Clubs}{10-Spades}{4-Spades}{7-Spades}. Rabtsov had flopped two pair with his {A-Hearts}{10-Diamonds} as Thor Hansen would need help with his {A-Spades}{J-Clubs}. Help didn't arrive with the {2-Diamonds} river and suddenly Rabtsov found himself back to 200,000 chips.
