Waxman Wipes Out Another, Crosses One Million

Shortly after that hand with John Ray, Matt Waxman was soon back in action, this time versus Ilya Gorodetskiy. Gorodetskiy opened with a raise to 15,000, Waxman reraised to 47,000, Gorodetskiy came back over the top all in for 200,000 total, and Waxman called.

Gorodetskiy showed pocket sevens, and Waxman ace-king offsuit. An ace flopped, and another came on the river for good measure. Gorodetskiy hits the rail, and now Waxman is up over 1.1 million chips.
