Mizrachi Trades Bets

A player in middle position opened with a raise, and Robert Mizrachi made the call out of the big blind. Heads up then, the flop came out {4-Diamonds} {2-Clubs} {J-Spades}. Mizrachi checked, and his opponent bet 1,600 before being raised to 4,600. The player called the check-raise, and the turn card fell the {Q-Spades}. Mizrachi checked again, and once again his opponent put out a bet, 5,550 this time. Mizrachi called and the river card was the {3-Hearts}. This time, Mizrachi took back the betting lead, firing 11,000 chips at the pot. His opponent was having none of it though, and he moved all in with the covering stack. After a face-saving session in the think tank, Mizrachi folded, leaving himself 11,500 chips with which to pick a better spot.
