The carnage came thick and fast today, as we hit our target in record time for the second day running. 407 runners became 185 in three short levels, as the Amazon went crazy in a bid to chip up or ship out before Day 6.

Among those who couldn't stand the pace were David Levi, Sorel Mizzi, Thor Hansen, Kara Scott, Dan Harrington and Bobby Baldwin. Among those who remain in the running, though, are such luminaries as Phil Ivey, Ludovic Lacay, Bertrand "ElkY" Grospellier, Tom Schneider, James Akenhead and Joe Hachem.

Our overnight chip leader is one Mr. Warren Zackey -- his stack has swelled to 5 million in the three levels we managed to get through today. Plenty of folks are on his tail, though, so this is still very definitely anyone's game. Bring on the pain...
