Kopp Busts Greer

Billy Kopp opened with a raise to 42,000 from middle position, J.C. Tran called from the button, and Leonard Greer also called from the big blind.

The flop came {4-Diamonds}{K-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}. Greer checked, Kopp continued for 86,000, Tran folded, then Greer pushed all in with his last 300,000 or so. Kopp quickly made the call.

Greer showed {A-Diamonds}{10-Hearts} for the nut flush draw, and Kopp {4-Spades}{4-Clubs} for the set of fours.

The turn was the {6-Clubs}, and Greer was still looking for the non-pairing diamond. But the river brought the {6-Diamonds}, giving Kopp the boat and eliminating Greer in 175th place.

Kopp now has 2.4 million.
