We thought we'd be gearing up for an exciting table when we noticed that Shaun Deeb and Kelly Kim were seated together at Table 288. However, fate dealt a terrible blow to entertainment when Kim busted after only a few hands. It looks like Deeb's going to have to carry the burden of biggest name at the table.
Vitaly Lunkin bumped it up to 1,500 preflop and got a call from a player in Seat 5. The flop came and Lunkin fired in a bet of 1,600, getting a call from his opponent.

Action picked up on the turn with a board reading . With about 14,000 in the pot, the player in the cutoff position bet 9,275. John "The Razor" Phan, who was on the button, contemplated making the call for a few minutes.
Phan eventually made the call and watched the hit the river. The cutoff checked and Phan checked behind.
The cutoff mucked after Phan showed . With the win, Phan is up to around 47,000.
The tournament staff is implementing a 20 minute break in order to color up and race of the green chips. We will return shortly.
Table 280 won't be a breeze for any of its players. We've got Brian "tsarrast" Rast in Seat 4 as well as Ylon Schwartz in Seat 8
All the green chips have been colored up and players are back in their seats. The tournament clock has restarted and we are back in action.
