Ducks No Good To Dani

Philip Braeutigam raised to 1,000 from early position and Dani Stern made the call. They checked a flop of {A-Clubs}{A-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds} before the {5-Diamonds} landed on the turn. Stern fired out 1,600 and Braeutigam made the call.

The river was the {7-Clubs} and again both players checked. Stern tabled pocket deuces but Braeutigam showed {Q-Hearts}{Q-Diamonds} for the best hand to take it down. Both players now sit with about 18,000 chips.
