Habib Makes Deeb a Plebe

Pot-Limit Omaha:

A bluff gone awry has left previous $50K winner Freddy Deeb nursing the shortest of stacks. Hasan Habib limped under the gun before Deeb, to Habib's immediate left, raised to 4,600. Only Habib called.

Both players checked a flop of {3-Hearts} {7-Diamonds} {10-Diamonds}. On the turn {5-Clubs}, Habib led out for 6,800. Deeb called to the {10-Hearts} river. Habib checked that card, inducing a bet of 17,000 from Deeb. Habib made a gutsy call with {j-Spades} {j-Clubs} {9-Spades} {7-Hearts}, two pair jacks and tens. That was enough to win the pot.
