2008 Champ Benyamine Eliminated

David Benyamine - eliminated
David Benyamine - eliminated

What a difference a level makes. Just a short time ago, David Benyamine was flying along and Jordan Morgan was in trouble with only 30,000 chips. Now Benyamine is out after losing a critical pot to Morgan and Morgan is above average with 183,000.

Benyamine check-called Morgan's bet on the {j-Clubs} {2-Clubs} {k-Spades} flop and check-called on the {a-Clubs} turn. He checked again when the river paired jacks, then tanked for a while after Morgan bet. Finally Benyamine tossed in calling chips, but whatever he had couldn't beat Morgan's full house, {a-Diamonds} {a-Spades} {6-Diamonds} {6-Spades}.

That hand crippled Benyamine to 20,000. He was eliminated a short time later.
