Cajelais Down Early

Erik Cajelais is off to a sluggish start today.

With the board reading {3-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{6-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{10-Clubs} Cajelais checked to Peter Hotaling who moved all in for 58,000. Cajelais tanked for quite some time before releasing.

"Good fold, sir," Hotaling confirmed.

Good fold or not, Cajelais is now down to 88,000 chips.

Straightening Out Negreanu

There was already 17,000 in the pot when we walked up to the table. The board read {5-Spades}{6-Hearts}{6-Spades}{2-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}.

Daniel Negreanu made it 6,200 before Sara Schussler bumped it up to 12,400.

Negreanu sat there thinking aloud, "I'm just confusing myself. You checked the flop, called the turn, and raised the river."

"Pocket fives would do that, pocket threes - this is weird. I'm going to need a minute," he said taking his time.

"If you don't have fives, I think I win," he said. He threw in the chips making the call and said, "Ok, you got it. You've earned it."

Schussler turned over {a-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds} and said, "Straight."

Negreanu is down to 41,000 while Schussler moved up to 107,000.

Elias Cries Wilf

Darren Elias was all in and at risk against Saar Wilf preflop. Elias' {9-Spades}{9-Diamonds} was dominated by Wilf's {K-Hearts}{K-Spades} and both players made a set when the dealer flopped {K-Spades}{9-Clubs}{6-Clubs}.

Elias couldn't find the case nine on the turn or river and was eliminated. Wilf is off to a fast start and now sits with 128,000 chips.

Doubles on the Bubble

Two players have doubled on the bubble so far.

Edward Sabat was all in and at risk with {K-}{K-} and held against an opponent's {5-}{5-} doubling him to 97,000 chips.

Tim Kahlmeyer was also at risk and dominated holding {A-Hearts}{Q-Spades}. Peter Hotaling called the four-bet shove with {A-Spades}{K-Hearts} but Kahlmeyer drew out when the board ran {A-Diamonds}{J-Spades}{9-Clubs}{J-Hearts}{Q-Diamonds}.

Kahlmeyer received a nice gift on the river doubling to 104,000 chips and Hotaling slipped to 103,000.

There was yet one more double thanks to another fortuitous river. Matt Iles was all in with {J-Spades}{J-Hearts} and racing against the {A-Spades}{K-Clubs} of Jarred Solomon. The flop was ace high and after a queen turned, the {J-Diamonds} spiked on the river doubling Iles to 32,000 chips. Solomon is down to 77,000.

Langmann Sends One Packing

Just two away from the money, Daniel Hirleman put all his chips at risk against Florian Langmann.

Hirleman: {a-Clubs}{k-Hearts}
Langmann: {j-Spades}{j-Clubs}

The flop came down {a-Hearts}{q-Clubs}{8-Hearts} and it looked as though Hirleman would find a double up. The turn brought the {9-Diamonds}, but it was the river {j-Diamonds} that did the trick.
