DeBora Vaults Up the Board

From the cutoff seat, Greg DeBora opened the pot with a raise. Phil Galfond three-bet him from the button, and the two men went off to a heads-up flop.

It came {8-Spades} {9-Spades} {5-Hearts}, and DeBora knocked the table. He check-raised a Galfond bet, and they each put in two small bets to see the {5-Clubs} on the turn. Galfond called another DeBora bet there, and one last one on the {A-Diamonds} river to go to showdown.

DeBora's {A-Clubs} {9-Clubs} was good for two pair, and good enough to win the pot. He's all the way up to 200,000 now, comfortably in the top five by our tally.

Galfond - 32,000
