Welcome back to the Rio Hotel and Casino for PokerNews' continued coverage of the 2010 World Series of Poker.

Today we're in the Amazon Room for Event #37 of the schedule (man, is it really Event 37 already?), which is the $3,000 H.O.R.S.E. event. The mixed game format is really gaining in popularity in recent years, as players break the mold of the no-limit hold'em grind to enjoy the variety that is offered in this format.

Last year it was Zac Fellows who overcame a field of 452 players, including an intense heads-up battle with James Van Alstyne, to capture the crown and $311,899 in prize money.

We're expecting a slight increase in numbers for this event this year, with many of the world's best mixed game players to be joined by a throng of pros and a sprinkling of amateurs in what should be an entertaining three days of poker.

All the action kicks off at 5pm local time, which is around 30 minutes from now. Stick with PokerNews.com for exclusive live updates from the tournament floor!
