Kelly Catapults

While that double-knockout was happening over on Table 375, we had some big action at the same time nearby at Table 376.

In a blind-vs.-blind battle between Justin Scott (SB) and Steven Kelly (BB), not much had happened before the {Q-Spades}{3-Hearts}{2-Spades} flop. But a lot did after.

Scott led for 66,000, Kelly reraised to 140,000, Scott reraised again to 311,000 -- enough to put Kelly all in -- and Kelly tanked for several minutes before calling.

Kelly had {Q-Hearts}{8-Spades} for queens, and Scott {A-Clubs}{3-Clubs} for treys. The turn was the {10-Clubs} and river the {K-Diamonds}, and Kelly catapults to more than 900,000. Meanwhile, Scott tumbles to just over 140,000.

There has been a redraw and the remaining nine players are moving over to the main stage. We are just minutes away from a dinner break, too. More to come!
