No More Chips for Moore, Channing Locks Up Final Table Seat

Neil Channing
Neil Channing

Neil Channing raised to 8,500, and his heads-up opponent Chris Moore reraised to 23,000. Channing called, and the flop fell {a-Hearts}{k-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}. Moore bet 40,000, and Channing flatted. The {2-Clubs} on the turn elicited a 100,000-chip bet from Moore, and Channing moved all in. Moore was covered and made the call for his tournament life. It didn't look good for Moore's {a-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds} when Channing turned up {a-Clubs}{9-Clubs} for two pair and a flush draw. The {6-Clubs} on the river gave Channing the nut flush and a ticket to the final table. Now he's got the night off to prepare before he has to get back to work at 2:30 tomorrow.
