Gomilaromero Deception

Jonathan Karamalikis opened it up to 5,500 from early position with Bartolome Gomilaromero making the call. These two had already tangled earlier in the day so we were expecting fireworks as the two blinds also came along to see a flop of {9-Clubs}{2-Spades}{Q-Diamonds}.

Play checked to Gomilaromero who bet out 11,000. The small blind called before Tyler Kenney check-raised to 31,500 from the big blind. Karamalikis folded, Gomilaromero called and the small blind got out of the way.

The turn was the {6-Clubs} and Kenney let go with another 55,600 but Gomilaromero quickly called to see the {8-Clubs} fall on the river. Both players slowed down and tapped the table.

Kenney opened {K-Hearts}{Q-Hearts} for just top pair but it wasn't enough as Gomilaromero showed {A-Spades}{A-Clubs}. Gomilaromero is up to 440,000 with Kenney back to 220,000.
