Gordon Gets Some Back

Shortly after that hand in which Ian Gordon had most of his stack taken away by Bill Melvin, Gordon was pushing all in before the flop for his last 380,000 or so with {A-Hearts}{2-Hearts} and had Dag Palovic calling him with {K-Spades}{Q-Diamonds}.

The flop came {2-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{J-Diamonds}, making life even more uncomfortable for Gordon. But the turn was the {9-Hearts} and the river the {8-Clubs}, and Gordon survived with about 880,000. Palovic now has 860,000.
