Durrrr's Straight Downed By Boat

Level 2
Tom Dwan from an earlier event
Tom Dwan from an earlier event

Stud:

We caught the action as Tom "durrrr" Dwan and two opponents were involved in a hand of seven card stud.

Dwan: (X)(X) - {7-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}{6-Spades}{8-Clubs}
Opponent # 1: (X)(X) - {7-Spades}{6-Clubs}{J-Clubs}{K-Hearts}
Opponent # 2: (X)(X) - {A-Hearts}{5-Spades}{J-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}

Dwan had raised a bet of 150 to 300 on fourth street and both players came along for the ride. The players all checked fifth and sixth streets, but the action heated up after the players received their last down card. The action checked to Dwan and he fired 150 into the middle. Opponent # 1 decided to check-raise, making it 300 to go and Opponent # 2 made the call.

With four cards to a straight showing, Dwan three-bet to 450 and both opponent's called. Opponent # 2, who declined to give us his name, flipped up his {A-Hearts}{A-Spades}{4-} for a winning full house. Apparently accustomed to shipping "durrrr" piles of chips, the dealer slid the pot towards Dwan, who graciously pointed out that his straight had been beaten.
