Rouhani Rivers a Wheel for the Scoop

Level 11

Omaha-8:

Farzad Rouhani and an unknown opponent were involved in a heads-up pot. The flop fell {5-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{3-Clubs} and Ronhani called his opponent's bet of 1,000. The turn came {10-Clubs} and again Rouhani called his opponent's bet, this time for 2,000 chips.

River: {A-Clubs}

After the opponent fired another bet of 2,000 into the middle, Rouhani raised it up to 4,000, prompting the other player to stand up and stare his man down. He eventually decided to make the call and was shocked to see Rouhani table the {2-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{J-Clubs} for a rivered wheel straight.

The opponent only recognized the low and asked the dealer "no high hand?" The dealer calmly pushed Rouhani's {2-Diamonds}{4-Hearts} to the forefront of the table and said, "He has a straight for a high hand, sir." The opponent was crestfallen and told Rouhani "I had trip tens and a six-low there... nice catch."

Rouhani responded with "I had a flush draw there too, what can I do?" as he scooped the huge pot.
