Rivered Straight; Chop it Up

Level 29 : 100,000/200,000, 30,000 ante

Jeffrey Gross opened his button with a raise to 400,000 and Mark Radoja made the call before both players checked the {4-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{J-Spades} flop as the {9-Diamonds} landed on the turn.

Radoja led out for 400,000 and Gross made the call as the {10-Clubs} spiked on the river. Radoja pushed out 750,000, and after nearly two minutes in the tank, Gross made the call.

Radoja tabled his {7-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds} for a straight, and when Gross tabled his {9-Hearts}{7-Spades}, the pot was chopped up.

Patterns Emerging

Level 29 : 100,000/200,000, 30,000 ante

For the past four hands a pattern has seemed to emerge. From the button, Radoja raised to 400,000 and Gross moved all in. Radoja folded and Gross scooped the pot.

Gross then has the button and folds, giving Radoja a walk.

Lather, rinse, repeat.

Cheering Intensifies

Level 29 : 100,000/200,000, 30,000 ante

As Mark Radoja's section keeps singing "Mark Radoja!" to the tune of "My Sharona", someone from Gross' cheering section yelled "How do you even know the words to that song?"

Ever so poignantly, a member of Radoja's cheering section replied "Only two words matter! Mark. Radoja".
