Katz Sees Something He Likes

We found Michael Katz dictating the action at his table when he raised from early position. The big blind was the only one confident enough to see a flop and called the raise of 350.
On a 
board both players checked and it was off to the 
on the turn. Here is where the big blind put out a 450 bet that was eventually called by Katz.
A river 
did nothing for the action as both players checked. Katz flipped over 
for a pair of fives, which was apparently the best hand, because his opponent mucked his cards.
