Flushy Flushed Out

James Dempsey was all in blind preflop against Jimmy Fricke and Cameron Mckinley. We missed the flop action but Mckinley led out on the {K-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}{7-Hearts} board and Fricke called. The same betting occurred when the {3-Diamonds} hit the river. Mckinley showed {A-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}{K-Hearts}{3-Hearts} for the nut flush. Fricke had {A-Clubs}{2-Spades}{3-Spades}{K-Spades} for the nut low. Dempsey would have to hold the same nut low in his hand in order to win a quarter of the main pot. Unfortunately it wasn’t meant to be as he turned over a measly {Q-Hearts}{J-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}. Good show old chap.
