The Webb Family Reveling in Gregory's Run

Level 9 : 300/600, 75 ante

Earlier in the day a delightful lady and her daughter were spotted cheering on their horse in the Seniors Championship, one Gregory Webb of San Diego, California. The women were heard asking each other if the green 25 denomination chips were the highest, or if it was the other way around. After we let them know the score, Webb's family took the time to let us know a little bit about him, including the fact that he cashed in this event last year, finishing in 191st place.

Webb's wife knew the number by heart, and we could tell that during the last year Gregory had made sure she knew just how far he had made it at the WSOP.

With a stack of around 14,000 chips at the time, Webb appears to be following his 2010 performance with another admirable showing, and this time he will be looking to go 190 spots further en route to capturing the gold bracelet.
