Michael Senter has been amongst the early casualties on Day 2, having been eliminated at the hands of Sean Nguyen.
The action folded to Senter who raised pre-flop before being three-bet by Nguyen; Senter then four bet and Nguyen called to see a flop of . Senter opened the action again and was called. The showed up on the turn; Senter went all in and was immediately called by Nguyen.
Senter flipped up and Nguyen showed . This left Senter drawing to a ten on the river but the left him high and dry.
We recently heard our first cry for the floor from table #365, which is currently housing such names as Dutch Boyd and Chino Rheem. The floor was called for a hand that Rheem was involved in where the dealer mucked Rheem's hand after Rheem flipped it face up and said "Call".
In a small tussle with the dealer, Rheem said "Who ever said fold? Did anyone ever say fold? I flipped my hand face up and you threw it in the muck". The floor was called and Rheem's was pulled out of the muck so he could chop the pot with his opponent's
Scott Zakheim has taken a nice chunk of change off his neighbor George Rechnitzer over on table 373, moving up to more than 52,000 in chips.
We picked up the action post-flop with Rechnitzer and Zakheim in a battle of the blinds; Rechnitzer opened the betting on all streets and Zakheim called all the way down the board of before Rechnitzer showed down .
However, Zakheim's was best and Rechntizer is now down to 24,000 and change.
Over on table 362, Donald Matusow and Jason Kim were involved in a three-way pot that resulted in Richard Abe being sent to the rail.
Kim raised and was reraised all-in by Abe. Matusow four-bet and was five-bet over the top by Kim and Matusow called.
The flop ran out . Both players checked the flop. The turn brought the . Matusow bet and was called by Kim. The showed up on the river with Matusow leading out and Kim calling.
When it came time for show down, Matusow flipped up causing both players to toss their hands into the muck, and that was the end of Abe.
