It looked as if Michael Mizrachi was set to be clear chip leader coming into today for a long time yesterday, but he lost his way near the end. Cantu’s tournament has been building right from the off at this tournament and he’ll be hoping he hasn’t reached his peak yet.

Rep Porter has been quietly working towards his goal, and it took until all the players were on one table of eight before he really stamped his mark on this tournament, winning a big pot of Mizrachi that enable him to finish the day second in chips.
