Will Glazier Become the First Woman Since 2008 to Win an Open Event or Will Ostrander Stop Her?

Jackie Glazier and Greg Ostrander, heads up for a bracelet.

Yesterday, Day 3 of Event: 41: $3,000 No-Limit Hold'em came and went as the final 30 players of a 1,394 field was reduced down to just two—Greg Ostrander and Jackie Glazier. Both players will return today with Glazier holding a 9,480,000 to 3,070,000 chip lead over Ostrander.

Last night’s final elimination occurred after Paul Vas Nunes got into a preflop raising war with Glazier. Vas Nunes called an all-in shove of Glazier and his {A-Diamonds}{10-Hearts} was bested by Glazier's {K-Spades}{Q-Clubs} after she turned an unbeatable flush for the knockout.

Will Australia’s Glazier become the first woman to win an open World Series of Poker Event since Vanessa Selbst, who took down a $1,500 Pot Limit Omaha event back in 2008? Or will Ostrander come from behind and claim his first WSOP gold bracelet?
