Jared Rosenbaum Eliminated in 9th Place ($48,614)

Jared Rosenbaum - 9th Place
Jared Rosenbaum - 9th Place

Jared Rosenbaum was in middle position when he open shoved his short stack. On his direct left, Neil Channing made the call and with a flurry of cards going into the muck from around the table, Rosenbaum was at risk.

Channing's {q-Hearts}{q-Spades} was well in front of the {a-Clubs}{4-Diamonds} that Rosenbaum held and was even more in front when the {2-Spades}{q-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds} flop hit the felt. Rosenbaum begged for the five of diamonds here, but the {2-Clubs} on the turn would give Channing the full house and leave Rosenbaum drawing dead.

The meaningless {k-Spades} on the river changed nothing and Rosenbaum was eliminated in 9th place.

Zach Clark Eliminated in 10th Place ($37,675)

Zach Clark - 10th Place
Zach Clark - 10th Place

Folded to Zach Clark in the cutoff, he raised it up to 65,000. Henry Lu then made it 150,000 on the button and the action was sent back to Clark. After a few moments thinking, Clark shoved all in. Lu snap called, having Clark covered, and the two players turned their hands over.

Clark: {k-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}
Lu: {q-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}

Clark was looking good to double up and sit with a great position in this final ten. However, the {8-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{q-Clubs} flop had other ideas and when the turn and river bricked out, it was all over in 10th place for Clark. With that, Lu continues his rampage and rise up the counts.

Randy Lew Eliminated in 12th Place ($37,657)

Randy Lew - 12th Place
Randy Lew - 12th Place

Randy Lew was fairly short-stacked when he opened shoved his stack holding {6-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}. Henry Lu was the next player to act and called, holding {a-Clubs}{j-Clubs}.

When the {9-Clubs}{a-Hearts}{q-Clubs}{4-Clubs}{q-Hearts} board fell, Lew was sent home in 12th place.

With Lu sending Lew home, amazingly, the last half an hour has seen Lu's stack go from 40,000 to 1,400,000.

Cary Marshall Eliminated in 15th Place ($29,505)

Cary Marshall - 15th Place
Cary Marshall - 15th Place

Cary Marshall recently doubled his chip stack, but has now found the rail just a few minutes later. The hand in question saw Marshall and James Mackey take to a {k-Spades}{2-Spades}{4-Hearts} flop in a raised pot.

Marshall was first to act on the flop and simply announced an all in. Mackey snapped him off very quickly and tabled his {4-Spades}{4-Clubs}. Marshall held {k-Clubs}{q-Spades} and would need plenty of help to survive.

It was help that would never come as the {7-Clubs} turn and the {3-Clubs} river changed nothing, sending Marshall home in 15th place.

Mickael Morgousky Eliminated in 16th Place ($23,372)

Mickael Morgousky
Mickael Morgousky

Folded to Henry Lu in the cutoff, he shoved his tiny stack all in. Mickael Morgousky was on the button on his direct left and shoved his 454,000-chip stack over the top. It was then on John Nelson in the small blind and he shoved his seven-stack figure. The big blind quickly got out of the way and the three players turned their hands over.

Lu: {7-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}
Morgousky: {k-Hearts}{3-Hearts}
Nelson: {a-Hearts}{j-Hearts}

When the {j-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{a-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}, Lu's set was enough to see him triple up, while Nelson's hand was good enough to eliminate Morgousky in 16th place.
