We have just raced around the red section and do you know what we saw? Well let us tell you.
We cannot find the Spanish duo of Carlos Mortensen and Leo Margets. We believe Margets was eliminated in a flip - v - but cannot find out whether Mortensen was eliminated or moved. For now we are going to assume he is busto, until we spot otherwise.
Another red-section player who is more aesthetically pleasing to the eye is Erika Moutinho. Moutinho reached notoriety when she finished in 29th place in last years World Series of Poker (WSOP) Main Event where she cashed for $242,636 (just one place behind her fiance David 'Doc' Sands). Moutinho has just been eliminated versus in a pre flop battle.
Contrasting fortunes for Jameson Painter and Joseph Cheong. Painter arrived on time and then departed not long after, whilst Cheong arrived late and has just doubled up. Painter was out versus in another of the notorious $1k flips and Cheong doubled up versus .

Some more news from the Red Section of the Brasilia Room and it involves more bust-outs.
The former World Series of Poker (WSOP) Main Event champion Greg Raymer is out courtesy of a double clothesline delivered by Matt Stout and Jeff James. Stout delivered most of the damage after Raymer and Stout got it all in on a board of (rainbow) with Raymer holding and Stout holding (Raymer check-raising to 850 before calling a 2.5k shove). Then he got his final few chips all-in with and Jeff James eliminated him holding .
With 3 WSOP bracelets and $1,608,189 in WSOP cashes, John Cernuto, just loves the series, but the former air traffic controller is going to have to try again next time after dive bombing out of this one. He has been eliminated by Akmaral Atygozhina after she flopped a set of tens. We believe Cernuto hit an open ended straight draw that never got there.
Last but not least we lost Fernando Brito. Brito has earned nearly $1 million playing live poker, with most of his success coming in European fields. Brito was eliminated by Jason Maurice in a three way all-in. Maurice held , Brito and the third opponent . Maurice eliminated both opponents and now has 12,000.

A spate of eliminations to report from the Bronze Section in the Brasilia Room.
World Series of Poker (WSOP) bracelet holder, Marcel Vonk, has been eliminated in a flip. It was versus , Vonk missed and the dealer ushered him away from the table.
Former WSOP final tablist, Tyler Kenney, has been eliminated by Roman Valerstein.
"The kid was three-betting me all day and then I found sixes," said WSOP Circuit final tablist Valerstein. He was referring to the pre-flop raising war which Kenney lost versus .
Thiago Nishijima was eliminated by Kevin Olsta in a cooler - versus .
Last but not least, Jeff Madsen has been eliminated. There was an open from first position and Mike Cantrell called before Madsen also called in the big blind. The flop of (two clubs) was checked through and then we had the on the turn. Madsen jammed for a little over pot (10BB), there was a fold and Cantrell called holding a set of fives. Madsen showed down and was dead meat.

The tournament has peaked at 2,949 entries and at present there are 1,089 players left. That attendance figure surpasses that of last years event meaning that our prize money is a little bit larger.
We have $2,654,100 in the prize fund and 297 players will receive a guaranteed $1,937 for their troubles. The top prize is going to be $464,464, but we are going to have wait a few days more before we find out whose bank balance that will be displayed on.
In other news the Englishman Mathew Frankland has late regged and doubled up immediately. Frankland found , Jay Perkins found and Frankland out-flipped and out-flopped him. Two Englishmen who are no longer in the tournament are Daniel Carter and John Eames. Both players refusing to tell us how they were eliminated because their departures were too embarrassing. There you are then.
Timothy Miles and Peter Walsworth are two players in the Gold section with over 30,000 in chips. Miles just eliminated an opponent holding versus when the board ran out moving Miles up to 30,000. Walsworth has 36,000.
