Laliberté's Flop Raise Takes It

Level 21 : 300,000/600,000, 75,000 ante

Hand #45: Brian Rast had the button and Sam Trickett raised to 1.2 million from under the gun. Action folded to Guy Laliberté in the cutoff seat and he called. Antonio Esfandiari also called from the big blind.

The dealer produced a {K-Spades}{Q-Hearts}{3-Clubs} flop and Esfandiari checked. Trickett bet 1.3 million and action fell on Laliberté. He put in a raise to 2.75 million. Esfandiari took a minute and then folded with a flick of his cards. Trickett studied for a minute or two and then folded, giving Laliberté the pot.
