Two Pair for Voulgaris

On the {A-Clubs}{K-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}{2-Spades} board, Haralabos Voulgaris bet 11,000. Ferit Gabriellson made the call and the river completed the board with the {7-Diamonds}. Voulgaris bet 30,000 and Gabriellson began to tank.

After a couple of minutes of tanking from Gabriellson, Voulgaris leaned forward and extended his cards towards the muck with his right arm, but kept them held by his hand. He put his forehead down on his left arm that was rested on the table. Gabriellson looked at him funny and then asked, "What are you doing?"

"I'm just trying to speed up the process, buddy. I'm either going to muck my hand or turn it over and I want to make it as fast as possible," responded Voulgaris. "Take as long as you want, but I just want to speed it up."

Eventually, Gabriellson made the call and Voulgaris turned over the {A-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds} for two pair. Gabriellson mucked and Voulgaris won the pot.

Elias Beats Sabat; Sabat Beats Makhija

Darren Elias bet 6,000 on the {A-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{2-Spades} flop and Eddy Sabat called to see the {10-Diamonds} land on the turn. Both players checked and the river completed the board with the {7-Spades}. Elias bet 26,000 and Sabat tank-called.

Elias showed the {A-Clubs}{7-Diamonds} for two pair and Sabat mucked his hand.

On the next hand, Amit Makhija raised from the hijack seat to 12,000 and Sabat called from the small blind to see the flop come down {9-Hearts}{9-Spades}{4-Diamonds}. Both players checked.

The turn was the {8-Diamonds} and Sabat bet 13,500. Makhija called to see the river.

On the river, the {2-Diamonds} fell and Sabat checked. Makhija bet 35,000 and Sabat tank-called.

Makhija tabled the {J-Diamonds}{10-Hearts} and Sabat said, "That's the one hand I could beat," while tabling the {A-Hearts}{Q-Clubs} for ace high. Makhija's jack-high was mucked and Sabat won the pot.

Yevgeniy Timoshenko
Yevgeniy Timoshenko

From under the gun, Jason Senti raised to 11,000. Yevgeniy Timoshenko reraised to 26,000 from the hijack seat and action folded back to Senti. He took some time and then reraise to 47,500. Timoshenko thought, then shoved all in for 159,000. Senti called.

Timoshenko: {A-Clubs}{A-Hearts}
Senti: {K-Spades}{K-Hearts}

The flop came down {A-Spades}{10-Clubs}{5-Spades} and Timoshenko picked up top set of aces. The turn was the {2-Spades} and Senti needed one more spade to make a flush and win the hand.

The river delivered for Senti when the {6-Spades} fell and he made a flush. "Holy crap," said Senti. He had Timoshenko covered and won the pot to bust Timoshenko three off the money.
