Polychronopoulos Sucks Out With Running Flush

Level 17 : 2,000/4,000, 500 ante

Athanasios Polychronopoulos just knocked out another player to add to his chip lead. He held {a-Clubs}{j-Clubs} and needed help against his opponent's {a-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}. The {5-Spades}{5-Clubs}{q-Diamonds} flop made it hard for Polychronopoulos to win the hand. The turn {2-Clubs} gave him a way to win. Any club would do.

And the river came the {10-Clubs}. Out of nowhere Polychronopoulos won the hand and he knocked out his opponent in dramatic fashion. He is enjoying the chip lead with 765,000.
