"I Thought the Low was Good"

Level 8 : 300/500, 0 ante

Daniel Negreanu opened from middle position and received a call from Jordan Morgan. Both the blinds came along and four players saw the flop of {7-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}{9-Spades}. The small blind checked, the big bet and Negreanu raised.

Morgan got out of the way, the small blind called and then the big made it three bets to go. Two calls were made, the small blind checked the {A-Hearts} turn and the big bet 1,000. Again Negreanu and the small blind called, and then all three players checked the {5-Diamonds} river.

Small Blind: {a-Clubs}{7-Spades}{3-Spades}{8-Diamonds}
Big Blind: {9-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}{a-Spades}{4-Clubs}
Negreanu: {k-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}{4-Spades}

The big blind had the high with a set of nines and Negreanu got half the pot with the low. "I though the low was good," he said while joking with the rest of the table.
