Bronshtein Gets Three Quarters

Level 14 : 1,200/2,400, 0 ante

We saw Yuval Bronshtein stand up and lean over his chair, so we went to go check out what was going on at his table. We saw that Bronshtein had just committed all his chips preflop holding a big hand: {a-Spades}{a-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}{q-Clubs}. He was up against the {a-Hearts}{k-Clubs}{2-Clubs}{6-Spades} of Kirill Gerasimov, and the board ran down {5-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}. Bronshtein's aces took the high while both players shared the low with ace-deuce.

This gave Bronshtein 3/4 the pot, which upped his stack to 60,500, while Gerasimov dropped to 65,000.
