Big Pot for Aleksa

Level 21 : 10,000/20,000, 0 ante

Hand #16: Justin Bonomo called from the small blind and Michael Moore checked his option from the big. Bonomo then bet the {a-Clubs}{k-Hearts}{k-Spades} flop and Moore folded.

Hand #17: Ronnie Bardah raised and was met by a three-bet from Bonomo. Brian Aleksa then made it four-bets from the big blind, Bardah folded and Bonomo called. Bonomo then called a bet on the [kc4hs] flop as well as the {6-Hearts} turn. When the {K-Hearts} completed the board on the river the action repeated itself and Aleksa tabled the {10-Hearts}{10-Diamonds} for two pair. It was good as Bonomo mucked.

Hand #18: Ben Yu made it two bets and Michael Moore called from the button. The {6-Spades}{j-Clubs}{10-Clubs} flop saw Yu bet and Moore fold.

Hand #19: It appeared Todd Witteles got a walk in the big blind.

Hand #20: Todd Witteles raised from the small blind and Ben Yu called from the blind. Witteles bet the {j-Diamonds}{8-Spades}{10-Diamonds} flop and Yu folded.

Hand #21: Witteles raised from the button and Dom Denotaristefani called from the big. Both players checked the {9-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{6-Hearts} flop and the {10-Clubs} turned. Denotaristefani bet and Witteles folded.

Hand #22: Greg Mueller raised and Ronnie Bardah called from the big blind. Both players checked the {q-Spades}{8-Hearts}{3-Hearts} flop. When the {3-Diamonds} turned, Bardah checked and Mueller bet. Bardah folded.

Hand #23: Brian Aleksa raised only to have Todd Witteles three-bet from the hijack. Gabriel Nassif then made it four bets from the big blind. Aleksa five-bet, Witteles called and Nassif did the same. Three players had invested 50,000 each to see a flop of [108s5h]. Nassif checked, Aleksa bet and two calls followed. When the {4-Hearts} turned, Nassif checked and Aleksa bet. Witteles folded, Nassif called and the river came the {J-Hearts}. Nassif checked and then tank-folded when Aleksa bet for a third time.

Nassif Doubles Through Mueller

Level 21 : 10,000/20,000, 0 ante

Hand #24: Ben Yu raised the action before the flop and the blinds released, allowing Yu to take down the pot.

Hand #25: Greg Mueller opened the action with a raise from UTG+1 and Michael Moore called from the big blind. The flop came {4-Spades}{6-Clubs}{A-Hearts} and both players checked. The {4-Clubs} paired the board on the turn and Moore checked again. Mueller shot out a bet and Moore released his hand.

Hand #26: Dom Denotaristefani opened with a preflop raise and took down the blinds preflop.

Hand #27: Gabriel Nassif raised before the flop in middle position and Mueller called out of the big blind. The flop came {A-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{4-Clubs} and Mueller came out swinging with a bet. Nassif slid out a raise and Mueller came right back over the top with a three-bet. Nassif called to see fourth street.

The dealer produced the {Q-Hearts} and Mueller bet enough to put Nassif all in and Nassif called.

Nassif: {8-Hearts}{8-Spades}
Mueller: {6-Spades}{5-Spades}

Nassif was ahead but Mueller was drawing live with an open-ended straight draw. The {9-Hearts} hit the river, though, and Nassif's eights were able to hold and secure him a double up.

Bonomo Doubles Through Mueller

Level 21 : 10,000/20,000, 0 ante

Hand #28: Ben Yu made it two bets and took down the blinds.

Hand #29: Justin Bonomo raised and Greg Mueller three-bet. The blinds folded, Bonomo called off for 32,000 with the {a-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds} and was in good shape against the {k-Diamonds}{j-Hearts} of Mueller. The board ran out {5-Spades}{q-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{k-Spades} and Bonomo hit a flush to double through Mueller.

Hand #32: Todd Witteles raised before the flop and took down the blinds.

Hand #33: Nassif raised from his small blind and Justin Bonomo called out of the big blind. The flop came {K-Spades}{6-Spades}{K-Hearts} and Nassif fired out a bet. Bonomo folded and Nassif took the pot.

Bonomo Gets Lucky Twice to Stay Alive

Level 21 : 10,000/20,000, 0 ante

Hand #36: Brian Aleksa raised from the small blind and Greg Mueller defended from the big. Aleksa bet the {3-Clubs}{q-Clubs}{3-Hearts} flop and Mueller quickly folded.

Hand #37: Dom Denotaristefani raised only to have Aleksa three-bet from the button. Denotaristefani called and then checked the {4-Clubs}{a-Clubs}{8-Clubs} flop. Aleksa bet, Denotaristefani check-raised and Aleksa released his hand.

Hand #38: Michael "Big Store" Moore made it two bets and took down the blinds. Moore flashed the {A-Clubs}.

Hand #39: Moore raised and Ben Yu made it three bets from the small blind. Moore called, the flop fell {j-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{k-Clubs} and Yu bet. Moore called, the {8-Diamonds} turned and Yu bet once again. Moore called and the {Q-Clubs} completed the board on the river. Yu bet, Moore raised and Yu folded his hand.

Hand #40: Justin Bonomo raised only to have Denotaristefani three-bet from the small blind. Bonomo made it four bets, Denotaristefani capped it at five and Bonomo called. The {10-Hearts}{j-Clubs}{7-Hearts} flop saw Bonomo get in his last 4,000 with the {a-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}, which had pulled out in front of Denotaristefani's {a-Spades}{q-Clubs}. The latter's rail went wild when the {q-Diamonds} spiked on the turn to give him a lead with a pair of queens. Bonomo was one card away from elimination and needed either a jack to win or king to chop. Much to the surprise of Denotaristefani's rail, the {J-Spades} peeled off to give Bonomo a double.
