Kick-Start for Kitai

Level 1 : 25/50, 0 ante

As we just mentioned, players are starting with 5,000 chips in play plus two lammers (each worth 5,000) behind. On one of the first hands of the day Davidi Kitai just found himself committing all of his initial stack on the turn versus one opponent, and managing to survive with a healthy boost to start the day.

We arrived with the board showing {10-Spades}{5-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{Q-Hearts} and Kitai turning over {A-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{9-Spades}{5-Spades} for two pair. His opponent had {J-Clubs}{7-Hearts}{5-Clubs}{2-Hearts} for a heart flush draw, and after the {2-Diamonds} fell on fifth street Kitai scooped the pot.
