Vive La France, Doremus Doubles

Level 19 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

Hand #69

With more chips to play in front, Charles Nguyen gets more and more active and took down the blinds and antes with a button raise.

Hand #70

Corey Emery limped the small blind and John Taylor in the big blind checked his option. On the {4-Clubs}{J-Diamonds}{Q-Hearts} flop, Taylor checked and then quickly folded when Emery grabbed chips to bet.

Hand #71

Corey Emery raised the button to 35,000 and Olivier Doremus defended his big blind. On the {8-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{5-Diamonds} flop, Doremus check-called 30,000 and then checked again on the {A-Diamonds} turn. Emery bet 58,000 and Doremus moved all in for another 185,000 on top of that. After getting the count, Emery said "okay, I call," before turning over the {A-Clubs}{6-Spades}.

Doremus turned over a dominating {A-Hearts}{J-Clubs} and despite the requests from the rail for a six, the dealer completed the board with the {2-Spades} river.
