Buddiga Triples Stack

Level 7 : 150/300, 25 ante

Pratyush Buddiga has tripled his stack in just over half an hour. He told us he got one double up with {8-}{8-} versus {a-}{k-} and then got more on another hand, “Nothing too exciting.”

Another new entrant David Williams is on his table too.

Zolotow Uses His Brain

Level 7 : 150/300, 25 ante

Steve Zolotow is another late entry, but he is fairing rather better than some of the others, and has got his stack up to 7,500.

He is sat to the left of Antonio Esfandiari and they just played a blind on blind hand. The flop came {7-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}{k-Spades} and a check from Esfandiari saw Zolotov bet and take it down.

Zolotow is now acting as the “Brain” in another game of “Lodden thinks.” and we just witnessed another player hand over yet more dollars to the Magician as he came out top yet again.

McDonald Buys the Farm

Level 7 : 150/300, 25 ante

Mike McDonald didn’t get much bang for his thousand bucks, but at least he got it in good with {a-}{q-}.

The player who busted him told us he called with {a-}{8-} but wanted it made clear in this report that it was, “Suited.” Duly noted.

The flop was {a-}{8-}{10-} and McDonald’s short time at the table was over.

Amiror With Huge Pot

Level 7 : 150/300, 25 ante

The {2-Clubs}{2-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{9-Diamonds} board was already complete when Ilkin Amirov put a short stack all in for his last 7,000. The opponent tank called with {J-Diamonds}{J-Hearts} and Amirov scored the knockout with {7-Spades}{7-Diamonds} for a turned full house. He is now among the bigger stacks in the field. Below we also have some further updated chip counts.
