Kaverman Busto

Level 8 : 250/500, 50 ante

We arrived at Table 6 just in time to see Byron Kaverman get it all-in with {a-Hearts}{10-Hearts} for a pair of tens. Unfortunately for him, his opponent had turned two pair with {7-}{6-}, and Kaverman failed to improve on the river.

D'Angelo Finds Aces

Level 8 : 250/500, 50 ante

The board read {7-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{2-Clubs}{Q-Clubs} and two players contested the pot: Niall Farrell in the big blind and Ryan D'Angelo in early position.

Farrell checked to D'Angelo, who bet 3,300. Thirty seconds later, Farrell called. The {K-Clubs} river put four clubs on the board and Farrell checked. D'Angelo checked behind and it was time for a showdown.

"Red fives," declared Farrell as he showed {5-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}, but they were no good. D'Angelo had the {A-Diamonds}{A-Spades} in hand and won the pot.

Smith Scores Another Double

Level 7 : 200/400, 50 ante

We found Dan Smith four-betting all in for 12,550 after an early-position player had three-bet to 5,400. Smith's opponent made the call to put Smith at risk.

Smith: {k-Hearts}{k-Clubs}
Early position: {a-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}

The flop all but ended it: {q-Spades}{k-Clubs}{q-Clubs}, giving Smith kings full. It was over on the {8-Hearts} turn.

Martin Binks River

Level 7 : 200/400, 50 ante

Dan Martin opened for a raise in early position, only to get three-bet by Jackie Glazer on his left. Action folded back around to "Wretchy," who jammed all in and was instantly called.

Martin: {k-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}
Glazer: {a-Clubs}{a-Spades}

Everything looked good for Glazer to score a KO until the dealer peeled off the {k-Hearts} on the river, giving Martin the double up.
