Welcome to the 2015 World Series of Poker!

Today's noon event is Event #14: $1,500 No-Limit Hold'em Shootout. Last year, Alex Bolotin took the title after topping a field of 948 entries and earning the $259,211 top prize. That win marked Boleti's first gold bracelet of his career, and he'll likely be returning to the field today to defend his title. There is a 2,000-player cap on this event, and each competitor will begin with 7,500 in chips. Day 1 will play until each starting table finds a winner, and then those winners will return for Day 2 tomorrow.
